From studying dentistry in school, working chair-side as a dental assistant, and over 8 years experience in a dental lab, Tara has over 10 years of experience delivering and crafting the perfect smile for patients. Her exceptional eye to detail conveys in her crown and bridge design and stain/glazing.

Collin's attention to detail and ability to turn around repairs on a daily basis is an essential part of the PDL team. As the lead tech for retainers, Collin will help PDL become the leader in retainers and sleep appliances.

Under the training of Jeff and Tara, Nolan is on his way to become the newest technician for modeling dentures, prepping and trimming.
Nolan will move quickly into a technical role with repairs, relines and removables.

Cheryl brings over 40 years of experience in the dental lab. As a former dental lab owner, Cheryl will oversee the day to day operations, case management and shipping/receiving.

With over 25 years of sales & marketing experience as well as, owning and operating several small businesses, Karen's role will assist dental practices maximize chair time, monitor quality control, increase profits at practices and track efficiency efforts at PDL. Karen will coordinate and communicate anything new, upcoming and any events happening at PDL.
